Everything to enjoy on the San Marco strip or downtown Jacksonville is less than a 5 minute drive, the Jaguars stadium is roughly a 7-10 min drive and the beach is only 20 minutes away from this house! *Hybrid 2 Bedroom: There are two separate rooms where guests sleep and the home features 3 beds total (1 queen bed & 2 twin mattresses). To maximize light, utilize the high ceilings, and honor the natural flow of this home, we wanted this home to feel open and airy. Other things to note As of October 1st, 2025 —- after 2 years of the city rebuilding my street, pump station, and the river retaining wall —- the job is complete [thank goodness!]! That said, through the winter we are installing new landscape (bushes, hedge, mulch, etc) and driveway. Install dates have been blocked off to avoid noise or any disruption during your stay! The only infrequent sound you’ll hear is from the hydro-pump station. Roughly every 4-6 hours the pump turns on for 30 seconds to 2 minutes. To drown out any sound while you sleep I have white noise machines AND ear plugs, if needed. 🤗 Additionally, the home is part of a duplex with two (2) completely separate and independent units. The front unit (this unit) has its own private entrance and dedicated parking. The rear unit also has its own separate entrance and parking and is occupied by a full-time, quiet resident. The adjoining wall is along backside of the unit (bathroom, bedroom closets, and utility/laundry space). ** THE UNITS DO NOT HAVE SHARED ACCESS, NOR WILL THERE BE ANY INTERACTION WITH THE RESIDENT IN THE BACK**
