Cozy & modern family cabin w/great location

What's better than watching the sun set over an endless landscape after a long day of adventure in nature? Overlooking the Sauda fjord, where you can fish, paddle, bike or explore the mountain to one every season - all year round! Or you can simply enjoy relaxing days by the fire pit. It is a short distance to the Ski Center, alpine and prepared cross-country trails in several valleys. The cabin has electricity and water. Well equipped. You have to bring bed linen/pillowcases,towels, food and consumables The space The cabin was listed in 2008 and has a good standard. The first floor contains an entrance/hallway, three bedrooms, living room/kitchen, bathroom and storage room. Living room with TV and open solution to kitchen. Good ceiling height and large window area that provides a lovely view and lots of light. Whits w/ possibility of shielding (door) with decor in the form of TV and appeltv and two single beds. Hems w/ open solution that is decorated/ working playroom / loft room w/single sofa bed. Altibox Washing machine by inside storage room (when reserved/booking: 1 weekend, washing machine will not be included. For longer stays, a washing machine can be arranged Electricity consumption is not included and is settled via the app Wood for the fireplace and fire pit can be purchased for an additional fee ( this can be agreed in advance )and or brought. The cabin is child friendly, with a fence around the terrace area. The cabin is equipped with 1 travel bed for younger children. If a crib is needed, this is agreed in advance and the supplement is paid/charged via the app Duvet/pillow can be rented for an extra fee for longer stays. Bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional fee Cleaning of the cabin can be done by others than the tenant for an additional fee. It is assumed that the cabin is cleaned and prepared It is not desirable to rent the cabin for party purposes and youth groups Other things to note: It is only 7-8 minutes to drive down to Sauda city center, where you can use grocery stores, clothing stores, wine monopoly, cafe, cinema, swimming facilities, mini golf and more. Guest access 1 closet v/master bedroom w/ personal belongings/clothes will be closed. Cabinet under sink v/ bathroom will be closed and not available by tenant Cabinets that are empty and that can be used in the bedroom are open Exterior storage room will be locked Tenants can dispose of the cabin, fire pit, outdoor furniture and barbecue. There is also 2 heated heaters by the terrace that can be disposed of if needed Other things to note Renting to housekeepers Target audience fom 30 years old - The cabin is not rented out for private events, but preferably to families with or without children and couples. This is due to the location ( cabin area ) and the area of the cabin. Due to the bed/ family bed, ( a total of 9 beds exclusive travel bed for children and sofa bed ) area and available 1 bathroom the cabin sleeps a maximum of 4 ADULTS with up to 2-3 younger children. More adults may be considered, but then an extra charge by agreement Regarding electricity and deposit; NOK 500 for a single weekend. NOK 1,000 for 1 week.
