Description
Live like in the countryside and yet close to the city. On the first floor of a 2-family house is this light-flooded vacation home "Auszeit" with garden use and a unique swimming pond right on the edge of the forest. Who wouldn't want to travel with the family and move their home office overlooking the swimming pond? You love the silence but also want more hustle and bustle and party? No problem, because the city can be reached in 10 minutes by car or public transport. The space Lovingly renovated, light-flooded old building apartment with charm and high ceilings. An elongated corridor allows access to all rooms. A wooden wardrobe, a bench and a shelf with baskets and excursion tips invite you. Directly on the left side is the cozy, large living room with loving details and an old wooden wardrobe. To the right is the separate room with a height-adjustable desk, office container and views of the swimming pond. In our lovingly called "green room" there is a new double bed overlooking a beautiful forest wallpaper. On the right hand side is the spacious bathroom with double sink, shower, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen at the end of the corridor leads into a dining area. In this kitchen, four people can also cook together effortlessly. From the dining area you enter the "blue room," which has been lovingly decorated in a maritime style. The bed is only 140 cm wide, but you can also sleep comfortably there as a couple. Guest access The garden with swimming pond, wooden deck and various seats is available for our guests to share. A fireplace and grill are of course a must for a successful stay. Other things to note As is always the case with old buildings, we cannot avoid hearing noises from the apartments. We ask for your understanding.
