The space Our home is in a residential estate built in 1974. Modern architecture fans will love its leafy, brick walkways. The flat is a duplex over 2 floors with a good sized kitchen dining room, large sitting room and a toilet on the ground floor. We are lucky enough to have two balconies which catch the morning and afternoon sun. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, another with 2 single beds), a home office /study, a landing and a bathroom. Guest access You will have access to all areas except one small room.
