This unit shares a wall with another studio unit, as well as a landing at the top of the stairs which is divided by a screen. The patio has a dinette set and comfortable chair, so you can enjoy coffee, wine, or a good book. Although this studio does not have a gulf view, it has a view of a lush tropical courtyard. There is a private pathway to the beach on the property, and it's just a 1-minute walk to the soft white sand. The studio itself is furnished with a 42 inch smart TV, high speed fiber internet, soft designer linens, high-end cookware, a marble dinette, bohemian light fixtures, and a comfy leather chair.
