It is less than 4km away from the Baguio City Hall, 2km from Igorot Stone Kingdom and Tam-awan Village. The unit is located at Tacay Road, Pinsao Proper, that has a great view of both the city and the greenery-foggy side of Baguio. The space It has 2 queen-size bed that can accommodate 2-4 persons. It also has a Smart TV equipped with Youtube and Netflix. WIFI is available on common areas and within rooms. No air conditioner in the unit. Kitchen: It is equipped with a kitchen conducive for prepping and cooking your meals. It has a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, dinner wares and cooking wares. Bathroom: We provide a basic amenity kit with toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo and bathroom tissue. We highly suggest guests to bring their own if they are planning for a longer stay. Bathroom has a water heater. Guest access Guests can explore the rooftop and use the sauna and gym. We have an available restaurant and cafe in the building, located at the basement area. Other things to note Check-in time is 3pm and Check-out is 12nn. House rules are given upon arrival and all guests must be registered. MInimum Listing price is for 2 persons only. The 3rd and 4th guests are charged 500 pesos per night. Maximum of 4 adult guests. Children below 11 years old are free of charge if using existing bed.
