The main level includes an open and bright living room with plenty of windows and access to one of the two oceanside decks.The updated kitchen is fully stocked and offers plenty of space for your group to gather after a fun filled day on the beach. The dining area is right off the kitchen and includes a coffee station to help get the day started. The office/ work out space includes a desk and some space to keep your work out routine going throughout your visit. A full bath in the hallway and a back deck complete the main level. On the top level you will find all 3 bedrooms, including the master suite with king sized bed, private bathroom, ocean views, and access to an oceanfront deck. Watch the sunrise or the dolphins swim by each day from this incredible top level suite. The second bedroom includes a queen sized bed and the third bedroom offers another King bed. On the ground level there is back yard patio with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy meals outside or catch up on the day's adventures. A private outdoor shower make rinsing off a breeze, and the storage closet housing all the beach equipment including chairs, bikes, cooler, and paddlboard is available for guest use. INCLUDED: WIFI, cleaning, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. *Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: Dogs are only permitted with Owner approval first. Pet fee will be $350.00/per dog. 2 Dog maximum.** *A pet fee will incur on Emotional Support Animals. If you plan on bringing a Service dog, please provide proper documentation.** This property manager requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. This property manager reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful!
