The loft accommodates 4 people, one couple in the en-suite and two people in the mezzanine that is in the living room. Possibility of accommodating a child on the living room sofa. It has a full kitchen, 1 bathroom in the suite with a shower, toilet and separate sink, for greater privacy. On the balcony, a shower overlooking Pico do Baepi makes the accommodation even more special. In the common area, there is a beautiful and cozy swimming pool surrounded by orchids, 1.5 meters deep and a small shallow part 50 cm deep, with sun loungers and a post-beach shower. In the center of the villa is the lounge, decorated with a light clothesline and armchairs, for relaxing in the garden. We have 1 parking space available per house. Free street parking is allowed. Guest access Guests will have fully private access to the loft premises, by stairs. Parking with a marked space. Shared access to the pool, lounge and garden with 4 other chalets. Other things to note We ask that you respect the rules below, please: 1- No loud music at any time of the day, in accordance with Municipal Law No. 1.169/2016 regarding the disturbance of peace. The guest ensures that they are responsible for respecting it and if there is any incident that generates a fine for the property during this period, it will be their sole responsibility. 2- Small pets are allowed, observing the rules below: - Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the house. - Maximum 1 small pet, up to 3 kg, per reservation - No pets allowed in the common area without supervision. - It is forbidden to take pets to relieve themselves in the garden/common area - Pets are not allowed to sleep on beds, sofas and chairs - Pets are not allowed in the pool. If found, an additional pool and filter cleaning fee will be charged (hair can clog the filter). - Towels, sheets, mattresses, pillows, dishes and kitchen utensils should not be used for pets. 3- Smoking allowed only in the outdoor areas. 4- When leaving the loft, please close doors, windows and turn off lights and air conditioning. 5- The use of the swimming pool is allowed from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. We ask that you pay attention to children, as there is no supervision. For safety reasons, the use of glass utensils, glasses and bottles in the pool area is prohibited. 6- Visitors are prohibited. 7- It is forbidden to hang clothes and towels on the facade and balconies. We provide a drying rack. 8- In Ilhabela there is selective garbage collection and we encourage sustainability. We would appreciate it if you could separate the recyclable from the organic and put it in our trash can on the sidewalk! 9- We ask that you do not lie on the beds with sunscreen, do not use towels to remove makeup, or hair dye, as the stains are difficult to remove. If we lose the item, we may charge the guest. 10- We ask that you do not bring bath and face towels to the beach or pool area. In case of damage or loss, you will be charged. 11- Please do not throw toilet paper, absorbent pads or any object into the toilet, to avoid clogging problems. 12- The suites are on the upper floor, up the stairs and, therefore, do not have accessibility and are not suitable for those with reduced mobility. 13- Before leaving, we ask you to leave the kitchen organized so that the staff can clean it. Please leave the dishes washed, put out the garbage bags and remove food from the refrigerator. 14- 1 parking space available 15- Keys and card, in case of loss, 50.00 will be charged 16- We ask that good coexistence between guests and respect for noise be maintained. The leisure area, including the swimming pool and garden, are part of the common area of the property and are for the exclusive use of the guests.
