We've thought of every detail, from 2 -750-liter water tanks that ensures consistent water pressure year-round (even in the summer months when others may be lacking) to a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living spaces. House Details Living room: Relax with a comfortable sofa, TV, board games, books, ceiling fan and AC to keep things cool. Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, French press, air fryer, toaster, toaster oven, blender, rice cooker, panini press, electric griddle, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, silverware, set of cutting knives, cutting board, food storage containers and more. We even provide the basics like coffee, sugar, and cooking oil to make your stay even easier. Bedrooms: Three cozy rooms await! The master suite features a queen bed with a firm mattress, smart TV, AC, luggage rack and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen and twin mattress, while the third bedroom offers another queen bed—perfect for families. Laundry room: Convenient washer and dryer to keep you fresh during your stay, including drying rack, cleaning supplies, mop, broom and dustpan. Outdoor Paradise: Our back patio is your tropical haven, with a hammock, beach chairs, surfboard rack, and picnic table made of locally sourced Guanacaste wood. There’s even an outdoor shower to rinse off after your beach adventures. Guest access The house is located in a gated community for added privacy and security. When you arrive, simply check in with the guard at the gate, who will direct you to the home. Please note, all guests must be authorized and listed on the reservation.
