The second bedroom has a king bed (with soft mattress topper) that can be separated to make 2 single beds (upon request), smart TV, and a full bathroom that also has access from the living room to share. The living room has a couch, 2 comfy chairs and queen airbed ( available upon request) to accommodate up to 6 people ; it's a great place to play board games, Xbox, or just watch a movie with the whole family after a long, beach day. Living room has outdoor access to a screened balcony that has new furniture to enjoy your fresh morning coffee or tea. Guest access The condo comes equipped with a brand new washer/dryer, HVAC system, ceiling fans, WIFI, board games, an Xbox, a playpen, and a high chair. Just a short walk from the condo is a sparkling outdoor swimming pool. Magnolia Pointe also features a BBQ grill areas with tables,chairs, and umbrellas for guests to use. Personal grills are not allowed to be used or stored on any part of the property. All linens and bath towels are included. Linens for the sleeper sofa (provided upon request).
