Our spacious room is perfect spot if you're travelling for work or holiday! The space This is fully furnished 25sqm. Condominium. The place has been designed for your comfort and convenience! Inform us for those guests plans to swim on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays for us to register you at the admin in advance. Please note that pool fee is non-refundable. * Gym rate: Ordinary days- ₱150 per person/ day Holidays- ₱300 per person/ day Maximum 2 guest per unit Guests Gym Schedule : 6 AM to 3 PM only Payment shall be made at the condo admin from 9:00am to 6pm from Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm during Saturdays. Inform us for those guests plans to use the Gym on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays for us to register you at the admin in advance. Please note that Gym fee is non-refundable. * We can’t provide Guest Authorization for those guests who booked after admin office hours. However, our staff will personally assist and welcome you, just give them a time to travel. * If ever our Netflix Account need an update and if it is not logged in, please message us and we will guide you. We use 5 profiles in 1 account to accommodate our other guests. For uninterrupted watching, please feel free to use your own Netflix account. * Parking is also available at the 2nd floor of Sun Residences Mall, first come first serve po, ₱30 for first 2 hours then additional ₱30 per hour, plus ₱300 if overnight parking, parking Cut off for entrance at 2nd floor parking is 9 PM * Please bring your trash at the garbage room located at the Fire exit * We ask for your cooperation to please do your share in saving the environment by turning off the lights and AC when you leave the unit * cleaning fee applies before your check-in, we are not accepting cleaning service as we give privacy to our guest and for security reasons * for our guest that has a Guest Authorization, please inform us if you can't make it at Standard check in time, for us to give you a self check in instructions. * One time set-up for toiletries, linens and towels according to number of confirmed guests. * additional cost after two (2) guests for utilities, towel & toiletries * hanging of clothes at the window are strictly prohibited * No pets allowed Penalty : ₱5000 * No Party allowed * Smoking or vape is not allowed at the unit and within the premises, penalty applies. * It would be much appreciated if you maintain our place clean and in good condition
