Step into a bright and spacious retreat with soaring 9-foot ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light. Relax in the cozy living area on the plush sectional while streaming your favorite shows on the large TV with complimentary Prime Video. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked meals, featuring a full-size fridge, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all essential cookware and utensils. We also provide complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, oil, and spices for your convenience. After a busy day, unwind in the primary bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed, or retreat to the second bedroom with a comfortable queen. Both bedrooms feature blackout curtains and quality bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The sparkling bathroom includes a shower/tub combo along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer access to a high chair and playpen to make family stays more comfortable. Guests have access to coin-operated laundry located in the shared basement. Outside, the home sits on a quiet, tree-lined street close to some of Edmonton’s favorite local spots. Other things to note This is a main floor self-contained suite inside a large 2 story historic home. There are suites above and below this suite, so with respect to all guests in the building we ask that there are quiet hours from 10pm-8am. There is free street parking right out front EXCEPT during major Stadium events (football games and concerts - which aren’t that often). If you’re here during these events you’ll have to park a few blocks over. Feel free to contact us to see if there are any parking restrictions during your stay. Please note we do not have air conditioning so it can get quite warm in the summer months. However, we provide a fan, and if you open windows at night and run the fan it will cool off significantly. Check in is 3pm (or anytime after), and checkout is 11am. Thank you for understanding that we cannot accommodate early check ins or late checkouts as we need the time in between guests to clean and prep the suite.
