The space The property is based over 2 floors with a large dining kitchen with seating for 8 and an impressive open drinks/bar area and wine fridge. Bifold doors lead you onto a stunning terrace that has a BBQ and beautiful hot tub. The large sitting room lounge has a log burner with stunning views over the Saddleworth hills and bifold doors leading to a stunning wraparound terrace. The garden is South facing and enjoys a sunny aspect from dusk till dawn, perfect for the children to play in whilst you are enjoying the terrace or making dinner. On the 2nd floor there are 4 bedrooms, the master has a King size bed with large ensuite bathroom and underfloor heating, there is also an extra large projector screen fitted with firestick to enjoy Netflix or streaming. There are 2 other bedrooms bedrooms have 2 king size beds and a further bedroom that has a double bed all rooms include luxurious linens & towels. Guest access The property is accessed by a country lane that is flanked by fields and a lake there is an electric gate for security, all guests will be given the access code if the gates are closed on your arrival. There is a private gravel driveway with ample space for parking.
