House near Laragne - Seasonal rental - May Sept

Seasonal rental: 5 people max (a 6th person (child/teen) on request for €20/day) House 85 m2 open for rent from May to end of Sept. (3 nights min). You will be 10 min by car from Laragne or the Poët equestrian center, 20 min from Sisteron and 40 min from Gap. The place is conducive to relaxation. You can leave the house on foot or by bicycle to explore the surroundings. Upaix is a perched village with a panoramic view of the surrounding valleys and massifs. The space House of 85 m2 that can accommodate 5 people max (on request a 6th person (child/teen) possible for €20/day): on the ground floor, kitchen open to dining room and living room (+ toilet) - 1st floor, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Beautiful terrace for meals and large garden (1500 m2 unfenced). No TV at home, no Wi-Fi access other than your laptop ;) but a stereo with a collection of records, books, comics and board games. :-) Activities: hiking around Laragnais (a topo-guide will be available on site) or in Champsaur, swimming in the Gorges de la Méouge, Lac du Riou or the Germanette lake (municipal swimming pools also in Laragne and Le Poët), tree climbing or visiting the citadel in Sisteron, gliding at the Col de Chabre, parachuting in Tallard, climbing in Céüse, horseback riding in Le Poët... Don't miss the Laragne market every Thursday morning, but you will also find different Provençal markets in the surrounding towns and villages. Valensole and its lavender fields are just an hour from the house! In short, take a walk, visit, play sports or rest, you'll have the choice! Other things to note Washer and dishwasher. Clothesline outside the house and clothes rack also available. - Towels, sheets, tea towels, bath mats are provided for any stay of at least one week - For short stays, the complete pack can be provided for the sum of €25. - For your convenience, we prefer that the cleaning be carried out by our housekeeper.
