The Unit: Bay windows with view of downtown, writing desk, queen bed, TV, electric fireplace, bathroom with shower, kitchenette equipped with basics without oven. Not for everyone: - requires stairs. - street noise. - Roku TV does require some logins to specific accounts. - Kitchenette is small and equipped with only basics. - Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. The Neighborhood: + 30 Restaurants (within 3 blocks) + Target Store + 2 High End Steakhouses + Skyway Access next block. + Ample lot parking & two garages. • Parking: On-site Parking available for $19 per night. Because we are downtown, there is no free parking nearby. Our paid parking lot is limited, by availability only. It's not secured. • Pet-Policy: $49 non-refundable pet cleaning fee. Dogs must always be leashed when in shared hallways / property. Dogs should not be left unattended alone. Any disruptive nuisances from any pets may incur additional charges or removal from property without refund. ($49per pet, max of two). • NON-SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind (cigarettes / marijuana) if we receive any complaints or find that you have smoked in the unit, we will impose a $250 excess cleaning fee.
