Your stay includes exclusive use of the covered front porch with its fire pit, as well as the private side and rear patios. You will have a private front drive for your vehicles. The 12-acre grounds of Batten Green, including the Great Lawn, are a shared space for all guests on the property. Check-in is seamless with a private exterior door and a key code, which will be provided two days before your arrival. There is a Level 2 EV Charger on property as well, a shared guest amenity. Other things to note To ensure the Manor House is the right fit for your needs, please note the following: - All bedrooms are located on the second floor and are accessible only by stairs. - The Manor House is part of Batten Green, which is primarily a wedding and events venue. While you are welcome to enjoy the solarium and bridal suite, please contact us directly if you are interested in hosting an event. - For your cooking needs, please be aware that guests do not have access to the commercial gas stove, oven, or griddle. A countertop burner, toaster oven, and large propane grill are provided for your use. - The Manor House is dog-friendly with an additional pet fee of $125 per stay. 2 dogs max, please! - The grounds of Batten Green are a shared space for guests of The Manor House, Cottage, and Suites but with 12 acres, there is plenty of room for all!
