Guest access Thank you for choosing to stay with us at The Sky View Inn at Lake Arrowhead. The front desk inside the Inn is open for check-in from 3pm to 9pm. Please let us know if you will be later than that. Check-out is by 11am. Your home is down the side street to the left. You can park in front of the green house. This house is fully stocked with all the essentials, including linens, towels, table settings for 8 people, basic pots and pans, coffee maker and basic coffee and spices. All you need to worry about bringing is the food you want to prepare while staying with us, including your favorite blend of coffee and mix-ins if desired. We offer a made-to-order breakfast at the Inn on Saturday and Sunday mornings if you are interested. This is an additional cost. There will be menus in the room and on our website. This is a non-smoking home, and we appreciate you not smoking in or near the home. We are in a high fire risk area being in the dry mountains. We are a pet friendly Inn. If you are traveling with a pet, there will be a $25 fee per night added to your stay when you check in if it was not added when you booked. We do ask that the pet NEVER be left alone in the unit. Instead of a cleaning fee, we will be asking for a $150 Hold on your personal credit card at check in. We reserve the right to keep the Check-In Deposit if we discover damaged items, lost items, or incompliance with policies by the guest and/or their party, etc. This hold is fully released (never charged) after you check out as long as none of the above has happened. Other things to note Instead of a cleaning fee, we will be asking for a $150 Refundable Deposit charged to your personal credit card at check in.
