Our three bedroom, two and a half bath condo is just the place for your family vacation! This condo is only a short four-minute walk to the wonderful sugar beaches of Panama City Beach. If you get tired of the beach, you can enjoy the many family amenities located at the Horizon South Resort community. This is the perfect condo for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the beach making it the Perfect Family Beach Getaway! Only available for Saturday to Saturday bookings. Check in/out on Saturday The space Enjoy lounging on the upstairs balcony or grilling out on the downstairs patio. Surround yourself in the tropical colors and the coastal decor of the rooms, enjoy walking barefoot on the cool tile floors, and relaxing with your family in the large family room. We have televisions in all the bedrooms as well as the living room plus a DVD player in the Master bedroom. Our condo sleeps 8 guests - King bed, Queen bed, and double bunk beds that sleep 4. A full kitchen and a laundry room with washer and dryer enhance the convenience of this condo! Guest access The entire condo is accessible to our guests including a laundry room. Other things to note A $10 armband is required for each person for the week which can be purchased once on site at the main office or at the pool concession hut. The purpose of the armband is so that uninvited guests do not use the amenities that are offered by Horizon South gated community. This is a Home Owners policy that we have no control over.
