This 1.7 acre property sets you up right to see the island with its naturesque setting just 10 minutes from Qualicum Beach. The 500 sq ft private studio suite has everything you need. Equipped with a luxurious king size bed (and full size pullout couch), full kitchen, private laundry and an oversize bathtub sure to knock your dirty socks off! The space 1.7 acre property with varied terrain. Most of which is walkable and many spots to sit and enjoy the sun. Also, the perfect place for a game of Croquet or Bocce. The suite is a large space you could easily live in. A previous rental suite it is now fully furnished for your enjoyment. Full kitchen, couch, desk, kitchen table, kitchen island, king size bed, full bathroom with 5ft bathtub and a spacious entrance with a closet containing your private washer and dryer. Also, worth mentioning is the suite has it's own hot water tank so no issues with temperature changes while showering. Host lives on the property and there are no children. The demising wall between the suite and the rest of the house is 2x6 construction and was previously an exterior wall so sound insulation is very good. If it is raining during your stay, you will hear it more than usual due to the skylights. Guest access The suite has its own private entrance, is entirely self-contained and has 9 ft ceiling with two skylights for some added natural lighting. Other things to note One month or more stays-price negotiable. Please message for details. Two indoor/outdoor cats live on the property but the suite has been pet free for the past 6 years so zero issues for those with allergies to cats. Apologies to those with pets however as I cannot accept pet friendly stays at this point. It is worthy to note that the king size bed is very soft. If you prefer a firm bed, you may be disappointed. Also, the pullout couch is fine for quests in a pinch or those trying to save on accommodation costs but is not recommended. It's not very comfortable as are most pullout couch's. This is mainly for parents who are looking to save on cost. It should be noted that here is a step up into the bathroom and the bathtub is somewhat high to step into for those who have difficulties with mobility.
