I am renting out a small bedroom in a 3-bed/2-bath house. The room has a full-sized bed, a small desk, and two chairs. The shared common bathroom is in the hallway. The house is located near Seneca Road and El Evado Road in Victorville. It is 2 miles from the Palmdale Exit of Highway I-15. Please note: Read the listing carefully. No endless back and forth messaging. No further discounts besides those provided in the listing, if any. No transactions with cash or off Airbnb. The space The room is intended primarily for Airbnb. I don't have children and pets on the property. I don't have extensive personal belongings and artifacts on the property. I don't have clutters on the property. It is intended to offer guests simplicity, safety, cleanness, convenience, comfort and value. Please note: The house has three bedrooms. The other two rooms may or may not be occupied during your stay. Guest access You can park your vehicle on one side of my driveway, leaving the other for other guests. If the driveway is fully occupied, you can park on the opposite side of the street near the mailboxes. But do not block the mailboxes. There are two bathrooms in the house. The guests of the master bedroom have their own bathroom, and will not use the common bathroom. Kitchen use is limited as specified in the house rules. During your stay I may or may not stay in the house. There may or may not be any other guests in the house. You may be alone. But, the house is located in a safe, densely populated neighborhood. I am always available through texting on Airbnb. Other things to note I usually send out check-in instructions on the same day of your arrival, or one or few days earlier.
