We are pleased to introduce our Peaceful & Spacious Vineyard Villa! The 5 acre country estate and vineyard is located in the rolling hills and heart of Temecula wine country, right in the center of Temecula’s array of award winning wineries and vineyards, but close enough to town to give you access to all that Temecula and its surrounding areas have to offer. The space MAX OCCUPANCY IS 10 PEOPLE AT ALL TIMES. NO PETS. No weddings, no events, no parties. The Villa is an ideal location, located about an hour from San Diego, Los Angeles, Palm Springs, and Southern California beaches. Day trips allow for skiing/snowboarding/tubing in Big Bear or Arrowhead or visits to the serene desert areas including Joshua Tree National Park. Theme parks are close too. Disneyland, San Diego Zoo or SeaWorld only an hour away. Options for golf are plentiful in Temecula. Take to the sky for a thrilling hot air balloon ride! Surrounding lakes like Lake Skinner and Diamond Valley lake provide fishing and boating opportunities. The options are endless. This is the perfect home base while visiting all the major attractions Temecula and Southern California have to offer. You will enter the 3200 square foot single story home through a quaint courtyard, where you arrive to a beautifully style french country farm house style with high vaulted ceilings, French doors everywhere, lots of natural light, and beautifully crafted wood work throughout. A spacious living room opens to a large and fully stocked chef’s kitchen with two large islands, nearby dining room, and bar seating allowing for a great gathering place for your group. The spacious and private patio and pool area have ample sitting areas, 6 chaise lounges, umbrellas for shade, farm style dining tables, and a gas fire pit to gather with family and friends to enjoy the fresh air and amazing views while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset or under the stars. The patio is equipped with both a wood pellet fueled Traeger Texas Style BBQ and also a back-up propane Weber grill, for your outdoor cooking enjoyment. The patio area is surrounded by our 2 acre vineyard which produces local award-winning Montepulciano wine. Relax in the hot tub or pool after a day of adventures, or stay in all day and enjoy the peace and charm of the country. Plenty of world class restaurants are in the area, but you also have the option of preparing a family meal in our large chef kitchen. Kitchen: We are stocked with everything you might need in our massive chef's kitchen with pots and pans, bakeware, waffle iron, crockpot, utensils, and your choice of Traeger BBQ or Weber propane grill, both large enough to cook for your entire group. Our kitchen does not have an ice maker so if wish to have lots of ice for your group, we advise you to please pick up ice at a local market on your way. We do provide ice trays to make ice for your stay if you wish. We must mention COFFEE because it is so important!! A Keurig Duo machine offers both drip coffee or KCup option. We provide ground coffee and a variety of quality Kcups, also Coffeemate creamers in regular and French Vanilla. Sweetners provided are sugar, Splenda and Stevia. For non-coffee people, we have a selection of teas for you. Enjoy your meal or coffee/tea in the formal dining room or outside under the ambient lights at our long farm style tables on the back patio while you watch the sunset. WE HAVE GAMES!!! Outdoor and indoor games available and hopefully will get you outside: Cornhole, Yardzee, 4 Foot Jenga, Bocce ball. Also, board games such as a poker set with chips and cards, chess, checkers, backgammon, Taboo, Headbanz, Apples to Apples. BEDROOM/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: All bedding and linens are luxury grade pillows/towels. All hypoallergenic materials. No down feathers. Master bedroom with King bed, luxury mattress and bedding En-suite with two separate vanities and sinks, massive shower and extra large jacuzzi tub Huge walk in closet with hangers and shelves Bedroom 2 with Full/double bed Adjacent hallway bathroom with standing shower Large closet with hangers and shelves Bedroom 3 with Queen bed Adjacent hallway bathroom with standing shower Huge wall to wall closet with hangers and shelves Bedroom 4, Queen Bed with luxury mattress and bedding En-suite bathroom with standing shower, vanity and sink Media Room, with Queen Sofa Bed, luxury linens 65” TV – Stream your favorite shows POOL/SPA: Pool is not heated and is so refreshing in the summer months! Hot tub can be heated in 3 hour sessions. $100/session. The 3 hour session is one session and cannot be spread over multiple sessions. After payment, please message the host and provide at least 2 hours notice as to the time you want the hot tub ready. Cut off time is 10pm.
