Other things to note Our home is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood just outside of West Chester and is thoughtfully set up for families, small group, and longer stays. Guests can enter through either the front door or the rear entrance off the deck. A neighborhood playground is just steps away, making this a great spot for families. The main level features a bright living room with a large Smart TV and an eat-in kitchen fully equipped with standard cooking essentials, plus an air fryer, Keurig (coffee provided for your first two days), French press, and rapid boiling kettle. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. Two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with a double bed—share a hall bathroom with a bathtub. The lower level is a spacious, multi-purpose recreation area with a second living space, large Smart TV, big dining table, foosball table, kids’ toys, board games, and two single beds—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or spreading out. A full laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board, and clothes steamer is also available for guest use. Outdoor spaces include a large deck with a gas BBQ and gas firepit, an additional paved patio, and outdoor play toys—ideal for enjoying time outside. All bedroom linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. We love hosting out-of-town guests and have lived in the area for over 20 years.
