Studio at the foot of the slopes. > Equipped kitchenette: ovens (traditional and microwave), stove, fridge, dishwasher > Bathroom: shower + toilet > 4 beds: a sofa bed that converts quickly into a 140 + 2 bunk beds > Ski storage room Close to food shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, medical center, etc... Note: linens (sheets, towels, etc.) are not provided, remember to bring them. The space /!\ 4 comfortable and suitable beds are available, however, we draw your attention to the fact that for 4 adults with luggage, the surface area of the accommodation may be insufficient. The space is more suitable for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Perfect for 2 adults. Other things to note Note: same-day booking possible, contact me so that I can confirm feasibility. IMPORTANT: During the February school holiday period from Saturday 02/07/2026 to Saturday 03/07/2026, rentals are only by the week. Outside of this very high season, bookings are possible for a single night regardless of the day of the week. The rate is €115/night. Practical information: > arrival is between 4pm and 8pm. IMPORTANT: In case of late arrival, between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. a supplement of €15 will be requested and between 10 p.m. and midnight a supplement of €30 must be paid. > Check-out time is before 10 a.m. > A deposit cheque of €500 (not cashed) will be requested upon entering the accommodation and returned after the exit inventory. > Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility: the accommodation must be returned in the initial state of tidiness and cleanliness (cleaning done, dishwasher and fridge emptied, beds made, garbage cans emptied...) A security deposit of €50 will be required upon check-in and returned after the checkout inventory. > Linen rental (linen and bath towel kits) is possible in the residence by reservation.
