Family accommodation on the ground floor of 29 m² ideally located in the middle of the resort and 200m from the slopes. Residence secured by keypad. The entrance to the residence consists of 2 steps. It is composed of: - 5 beds (3 adults and 2 children): A 160 x 200 BZ sofa and a bunk bed with 3 secure beds of 80 x 180. - Equipped kitchen. - Shower room with toilet - Ski room Parking spaces available in front of the residence in unnumbered longitudinal. It is composed of: - sleeps 5 (3 adults and 2 children): A 160 x 200 sofa bed A bunk bed comprising 3 beds of 80 x 180. Please note that the lower bed can be used by an adult up to 1.70 m (for comfort reasons). On the other hand, the 2nd and 3rd beds are more suitable for children. The beds are secured by barriers (see pictures). - Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, induction hob with 2 burners, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine and all the necessities of everyday life. There's no dishwasher. - TV with TNT + DVD player with DVDs on site - Books + board games - a clothes dryer - hair dryer - Vacuum cleaner + broom + shovel + mop + household products - 2 children's sleds (in the ski room) The accommodation is provided without sheets or towels. You will have at your disposal: - 5 pillows 60x60 protected by a washable mattress protector and another disposable one. - 1 duvet 220 x 240 - 3 duvets 140 x 200 On each bed, there will be a waterproof mattress protector as well as a disposable mattress protector. Options: Bed linen and/or towel rental is possible from Virginie, our concierge, by notifying me as soon as you book and paying in cash on the day of your arrival with Virginie. You will be independent thanks to the key box that will allow you to enter the premises.
