The space The penthouse is very well connected with the public transport lines, because there is a train station, a subway station, a tram station and numerous bus stations here in Hütteldorf. This penthouse has a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet and a roof terrace with a unique view! - In the BEDROOM there is a high quality and new queen-sized bed, with large wardrobe and two small dressers. - The KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM is fully equipped with high-quality kitchen appliances and utensils, such as kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc. Of course, coffee, tea, oil, spices and much more are provided. In the kitchen-living room there is also a comfortable couch with bed function, a 4K TV incl. Soundbar and Netflix and other apps access. - In the BATHROOM there is also a washing machine incl. Laundry detergent. - The ROOF TERRACE is very large and offers breathtaking views of the city and the Lainzer Tiergarten. Sunrises and sunsets in particular are among the highlights of this property. Guest access During the stay, there is also the possibility to visit free of charge 1x fitness/spa, which is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment, with a training room, sauna, solarium and many courses (see photos).
