This cute 1 bedroom, hall plus kitchen apartment is a perfect family/couples/friends getaway, it has a vintage/modern cozy feel. It has a two sides open view of the Himalayas. It is away from the noise, yet a ten minute drive to the mall Rd, or a 20 min scenic trail walk to the lake. It’s fitted with all modern amenities. A Perfect place to unwind, stare into the mountains or pep it up with music and movie night on a 43 in TV and a dedicated workstation. You can’t ask for more! The space There are steps leading onto the apartment, and a red lantern on a bright red door welcomes you. As you enter there is an entryway done typically in a blue Mediterranean style which gives you a glimpse of warm reds and browns in the main room, the bedroom is on the left and the bathroom also opens up into the entryway, it’s a cozy one bedroom, one living room with an open kitchen and a dedicated work corner space. The living room has an antique dining set, which is a genuine antique heirloom. The red sofa, pink chair and blue rattan come together to create a fun, cheerful space. A 43” TV, RO, microwave, two oil heaters, toaster fridge, electric kettle and a backup inverter make sure that you are comfortable in all weather conditions. The bedroom cupboard has full length mirrors to add glamour and elegance. It is a 750 square feet space, completely for you in comparison to a small room somewhere. Guest access The entire space is for the guests, it’s extremely private and there is no intrusion. Other things to note Please be informed that there are about 45-50 stairs to reach the apartment, hence might not work for people with knee problems. In case of any trouble you can call the caretaker anytime and she will be there to take care :) There is a lil market nearby, just a 2 min drive , where you will get basics like milk, egg and bread etc, If you want to cook. You can also ask the care taker to get you these amenities on a chargeable basis
