Apartment offers lots of natural light throughout the day in a spacious open format, and includes a Peloton bike, weights, and yoga mat. The space Includes: - Full kitchen with bar seating - Comfy seating area with large L-shaped couch - 55-inch 4k Smart TV with Roku (Netflix, HBO Go, and some cable channels enabled) - Cozy reading nook surrounded by plants - Peloton, 2 & 25 lb weights, and yoga mat available for use - Small balcony overlooking neighbor's garden patio - Full bathroom with plenty of counter space, and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided - Freshly washed linens and towels - Upstairs bed has Leesa mattress - Common laundry area on building's first floor offers coin-op washer/dryer Guest access Building access will be granted remotely upon arrival. Keys for your stay will be provided via a lockbox on the apartment unit door. Free street parking is available. Other things to note I live here full-time and only list when I am traveling, so it is a lived-in space. Although the closets are not accessible, I will provide a space to hang up clothes and some empty drawers for you to unpack.
