It has two double bedrooms designed specifically for the comfort of its guests, one of them with a double bed and a high-quality mattress and another with two single beds ideal for children (90cm beds), both bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms with large showers. The designer kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation, a table that comfortably accommodates 5 diners, and a spacious living room with comfortable corner sofas, ideal for relaxing while looking at the sea. This room guides us through wall-to-wall windows to a large furnished terrace, where you can enjoy a family breakfast or dinner watching the wonderful beach and listening to the waves. From the terrace you have the possibility to access the roof by a spiral staircase and admire the immensity. The blue of the sky and the sea merge on the horizon. The panoramic views of the entire bay of Alcudia, Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina, Colonia de San Pere make this space privileged and magical. All rooms have central air conditioning and heating. The property has an alarm system and high-speed WiFi. Direct beach access through a side path of the garden. Use of the garden, pool and garage is NOT allowed, these services are only available to guests of the ground floor apartment. Parties or events, loud music and anything that disturbs the neighbors' peace are strictly forbidden.
