Self contained converted recording studio

This unique studio has a style all its own. Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. The studio is situated in a quiet part of town close to amenities with a short walk to the city centre. There is off street parking and independent access to the accommodation. Continental breakfast is provided for the first day. The space A comfortable four room studio with a queen bed in the old control room, a walk in closet in the old vocal booth, and memories of musical greats from the 50s to the 90s hanging on the walls. There are separate living, dining and sleeping areas with new spacious bathroom facilities. WiFi available with Apple TV. Guests are welcome to explore the adjoining garden and enjoy the shared outdoor space with views over Goulburn and out toward Rocky Hill. Close to the railway station, a corner shop and town centre. Unfortunately the studio is not suitable for infants or toddlers or for people with wheel chairs. Goulburn is conveniently located one hour from Canberra and two hours from Sydney. Guest access The studio can be independently accessed directly from the street via the car parking area.
