Great place for friends and family fun! This unique place looks and feels like a private home/penthouse while having the amenities of being part of a romantic three-pool complex on the first line of the Marinas beach. The living area and enormous outdoor patio have outstanding panoramic views of the beach and mountains. An American style kitchen brings everyone together for food and entertainment while four spacious bedrooms allow plenty of room for privacy. Private garage. Steps to the beach. The space This is a two story "ático" penthouse on the top floor of a 3 story building with elevator access. Only one wall on the first floor connects to the main building which makes the apartment look like a villa, as seen in the photos, and adds to the sense of quiet and privacy. The first floor has the huge wrap around outdoor patio with panoramic views of the ocean and mountains all around on three sides. There are tables and seating for lounging and dining along the side and in the front and a BBQ-Kitchen area, outdoor refrigerator and dryer unit in the back, along with multiple closets for storage of beach and other supplies. There are regular breezes passing through adding to the comfort and enjoyment of the space. Inside, the first floor has an open-flow style living room, dining room and fully stocked American style kitchen with the necessary equipment to prepare excellent meals. There is also a large Master bedroom with king size bed, a full bath with a separate entrance and an extra half bath. All rooms look out towards the ocean and/or mountain views. The Italian made dining table extends to easily accommodate 14 people. The living room sofas have pull out recliner features and convert into extra beds when needed. The second floor has a central "salon" area surrounded by 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are quite large and offer extra twin size bids in addition to the Queen size matrimonial beds present in all three rooms. We also have two extra inflatable beds if needed. There are two additional T.V.s and two small recliner sofas, one in each of these larger rooms. The private garage has space for one car and lots of storage for beach supplies. We supply beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart and two paddle boards as well as an elliptical, free weights and a workout bench. There is free additional public parking under the pine trees in front of the building, in a private secured area at the front of the complex and along the street. We have an agreement with our association that we will not rent to large groups of people under 28 years old. Guest access The entire unit is available to guests.
