A delightful and spacious studio apartment in the heart of Luton Town Centre. The property is nestled between Luton Shopping Mall & Luton Train Station which takes you to Kings Cross Station in 25 minutes. The bus station 1 minute away provides links to Luton Airport and further afield. Message me with any questions you may have The space You walk up a set of stairs to the first floor via the main entrance of the building. You then enter the flat through the door on the right. You enter into a small entrance area- one door takes you in to the shower room where you will find towels and basic soaps and shampoos provided. There is a high pressure shower installed in a double cubicle. The other door takes you in to the spacious modern light and airy studio flat where you will find everything you need for modern day living. All plates, cutlery, glasses and knives are neatly tucked away in the kitchen cupboards. There are small appliances such as a microwave, toaster and a coffee machine with a choice of hot drinks to choose from. There’s an integrated fridge/freezer providing more than enough space for your food items. A washing machine is installed for you should you need it. There is a dining table for 2/3 people and a coffee table in the centre of the room. Modern luxuries include a 58 inch smart tv pre loaded with Amazon Prime and the ability to cast from your phone. We have installed an Amazon Alexa for that extra touch. Other appliances include a blade vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board and hair dryer should you need them. There are pots and pans and cooking utensils for those who like to cook. Additional items can be provided upon request. Black out blinds have been installed for those needing a good nights sleep. The super king size bed should provide more than enough space for a couple and there’s a sofa bed which could sleep up to 2 people depending on their size. There is a modern central heating system installed for those cold evenings when you want to snuggle up on the sofa. There is a paid car park behind the building which is £5 per day. I manage another car park so may be able to offer free parking on some days- Guest access Full access to entire flat Other things to note Free parking available for 1 car, car park is 1 minute from apartment.
