Ocean Views, work friendly

This space is the lower level of a single family residence with separate entrance with views of the Casco Bay Ship Channel. More than simply a bedroom, there is a spacious living room with tv and computer workstation. There is a patio for relaxing as you take in the scenery. We are a short walk to Willard Beach, and we provide beach towels and chairs. There is no kitchen but we provide a coffee maker, and small fridge. Places for take out abound nearby. This is a great getaway for couples. The space Apart from the bedroom and recently remodeled bathroom, the living space includes a couch and chair, coffee table and work station with available desktop computer with wi-fi. The wall mounted 32 " TV has a standard cable package. Guest access You will park in our driveway and walk around the back of the house to the private entrance. Great neighborhood for walking, bikes are great too! Other things to note Because critical mechanical apparatus (HVAC) is located in the space, host reserves the right to access the space if necessary to maintain comfort and safety. We will try to do so with notice if possible but cant be assured.
