In the kiosk, we have a place to store things, in the kitchen we have an industrial stove and a refrigerator. In the barbecue area, there is a horizontal freezer. Swimming pool and an open area. Other things to note The lease includes the external and internal areas of the space, including bathrooms, barbecue area, kitchen with an industrial four-burner gas stove, water filter, refrigerator, 400L horizontal freezer, and decoration in general. The LESSEE informs that the purpose of the event will be: Party of the contracting party with about 60 people on site (maximum 100 people). The LESSEE is expressly forbidden to assign or transfer, in any capacity, the object of this lease agreement, except with the express consent of the LESSOR. Any fees or licenses that may be charged by public or private agencies, due to the event that will be held, such as permits, ECAD, will be the responsibility of the LESSEE. The presence of an automotive stereo on the premises is prohibited. The LESSEE is fully responsible for any conflict between people at the event venue, resulting in fights, injuries, sequelae or deaths, as well as for theft and damage to vehicles. Minors must be accompanied by responsible adults. It is forbidden to hold events using automotive sound. In case of use of mechanical sound, the volume cannot exceed 55 decibels during the day and 50 decibels during the night, according to COMPLEMENTARY LAW No. 283, OF JANUARY 12, 2016. It is the sole responsibility of the lessee to comply with this rule. MANDATORY REDUCTION / ELIMINATION OF SOUND AFTER 10 p.m. The event must end by 2 a.m. FINE OF R$ 2,000.00 in case of non-compliance or complaints from neighbors regarding the volume of sound. Commercial parties with ticket offices are prohibited. It is the sole responsibility of the lessee to control who accesses the event. The pool of the rented space is 1.40 m deep and it is the sole responsibility of the renter to ensure its safe use by all those present. It is the sole responsibility of the lessee to observe and comply with the municipal, state and federal rules on holding events, including all decrees in force in the municipality of Goiânia related to the prevention of COVID-19. The format of the event and the total number of people present must comply with municipal, state and federal laws and is the sole responsibility of the lessee.
