The space The chalet is located on the shores of Trois-Lacs, just 2 hours from Montreal or Quebec City and 30 minutes from Victoriaville. Perfect for family getaways or trips with friends, it offers four comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a family room in the basement, allowing everyone to enjoy both privacy and shared spaces. Please note that during winter, guests are responsible for clearing snow around the hot tub and sauna if needed. The chalet sits on a large private lot directly on the lake, offering privileged waterfront access, a private dock, and kayaks for relaxing outings or water activities. The property is also family-friendly, with a baby playpen, booster seat, and bed rails available for young children. Unlimited high-speed internet is included for your convenience. House Rules & Peaceful Environment To respect our neighbors, all outdoor activities must end by 10:30 PM. Guests must also comply with the maximum occupancy limit. Summer Season Outdoor amenities (watercraft, dock, outdoor furniture, BBQ, and playhouse) are available from May 15 to October 15. Outside of this period, the property and lake may be partially covered by snow or ice. The chalet is equipped with a pellet stove in the basement (pellets not provided) and an electric fireplace on the main floor. Four adult life jackets and two children's life jackets are available for use with the three kayaks. Guest access Access to the 4-wheel ATV or snowmobile trail 5 minutes from the chalet. Other things to note ACTIVITY: Nearby activities: bird watching, fishing and canoeing on the lake. Cycling, swimming at the municipal beach, games (park) for children. Hiking at Mont Ham, the Sentiers Quatre Saisons: hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing discovery of Burbank pond in Danville and Marie-Victorin park in Kingsey Falls. Linear Park bike path (8 km) and Asbestos Golf Club (6 km). Several restaurants and enchanting places to discover in the region, including the villages located in the heart of the mountains. LAKE : Boat: Motorized boats are allowed on the lake. The dock and kayaks are available from June 1 to October 1. Swimming: Swimming is possible at the lake. The bottom is sandy. There is also a municipal beach about 500 meters from the chalet. Algae: Depending on the rainfall and summer heat, algae appear mainly in shallow areas. In early summer, they are almost non-existent, but by the end of the season, their presence is inevitable. Fortunately, these algae are harmless and do not affect water quality.
