The home features a full kitchen and kitchenette, shared living room, private fenced backyard with a relaxing deck, and laundry access for long-term stays. Your private basement bedroom includes a queen-size bed, large TV, dresser, lamps, and access to a shared bathroom with tub/shower combo (shared with no more than one other guest). A mini fridge is located in the downstairs living area, which may also be used as a workspace. Please note: this is a shared home with one central thermostat and one water heater for the entire house. Individual room temperature controls are not available; however, different blanket options are provided for your comfort. The laundry room is shared and located in the storage area, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of shared amenities. You’ll enjoy the comforts of a true home away from home, with your own private bedroom and access to all common areas in a calm, respectful shared environment.
