Description

Experience tiny home living in this cozy, fully equipped 2022 Surveyor RV: 1 bed, 1 bath, perfect for 2 guests. Enjoy a minimalistic escape with all the comforts of home—queen-size bed, kitchen, and private bathroom. Relax outdoors by the fire pit under the stars. Located in a scenic rural area, just 5 miles from downtown Grants Pass and Rogue River, close to restaurants, wineries, hiking, and more. Plus, it's only an 8-minute walk to Pierce Riffle County Park for a peaceful nature stroll. The space Get ready to experience the ultimate blend of tiny home living and glamping in our 2022 Surveyor RV! Whether you're escaping the hustle and bustle or just seeking a unique getaway, this cozy RV offers everything you need for a memorable stay. Picture yourself camping under the stars, but with the comfort of a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, and a kitchen at your fingertips. Ideal for couples or close friends looking for a refreshing retreat. While this RV stays put (no off-site adventures with it), it’s nestled in a serene rural setting, just waiting for you to unwind. Traveling with a bigger group? No problem! We also offer a fully furnished studio for up to 4 guests, complete with a queen-size bed, bathroom, and kitchenette—perfect for families needing extra space nearby. My husband and I live on the property, so you might catch us around, and we're always available if you need anything. Oh, and we have some friendly chickens! They won't wake you up at dawn, but you might hear their chatter during the day. Guest access We want you to feel right at home! With self check-in and check-out, you're free to come and go as you please. Explore the entire 1-acre property at your leisure—just keep in mind we’re on a scenic foothill, so you might feel a slight slope while strolling. Take advantage of seasonal fruit trees, and enjoy all our shared spaces: the fire pit, hot tub, cozy seating areas, BBQ grill, picnic table, and the peaceful garden spots. Don’t forget to pack your swimsuit and sandals for a relaxing soak in the hot tub (shared with other guests). Enjoy every moment of your stay! Other things to note Staying on a travel trailer, even a high-end one, has its quirks! Some spaces are cozy (like the shower), and a few items require special care. Plus, you may not be able to use energy-draining items like blow dryers—except for the one we provide! (Don’t worry, laptops and phone chargers are totally fine.) We’ve set it up with great care to make sure it’s comfortable for your stay. This RV is designed for adventure, not for full-time residency. It has independent waste tanks that aren’t connected to city hookups and need regular draining. Perfect for explorers with busy days out and cozy nights in the RV, enjoying dinner, a warm shower, and a restful sleep. However, it’s not suitable as a "work from home" space unless pre-arranged with additional fees. Please note, no smoking or vaping is allowed. Living in Harmony with Nature Our beautiful location in the woods offers an immersive natural experience. That means you might see some wildlife or insects—part of the charm of staying in nature! - Wildlife: Expect to see creatures like squirrels, birds, and occasionally other small animals. They’re a natural part of the ecosystem, and while we keep things clean, you may spot them from time to time. - Insects: Being close to nature means you might encounter some bugs—mosquitoes, ants, spiders, etc. We do regular pest control and maintenance, but it’s possible you’ll run into these critters indoors or outdoors. Tips for a comfortable stay: - Keep doors and windows closed to avoid inviting wildlife and insects in, especially in the evening. - Store food in sealed containers and clean up promptly to prevent attracting any curious creatures. - Use insect repellent and wear appropriate clothing when hiking or walking outdoors. Nature brings beauty and adventure, and with that comes the occasional wildlife encounter. By respecting the environment, you can enjoy a truly magical experience here! If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to make sure your stay is perfect.
