We found our paradise, let us share it with you! Welcome to our piece of paradise located on the Northside of beautiful St Thomas, with fantastic views of famous Magens Bay, Hans Lollick and BVIs. Enjoy your coffee in the morning overlooking the many fruit trees. Try to spot a local iguana in the branches sunning itself. Have a dip in our pool and watch the sunset and take delight in the symphony of nature as the frogs, birds, bats and other nocturnal creatures come awake. The space From the Parking Pad you will enter the property via gate on the left and then walk down 54 steps through our lush garden and on to the patio. You will be welcomed by the amazing view of the Caribbean sea. Immediately to the right you will see the our outdoor areas: Lounge chairs to enjoy the sun and covered dining area to enjoy dining and socializing! You will have access to the entire house. The 3rd bedroom is to the left and down a flight of stairs where a cozy deck awaits, a King Bed and a small but functional bathroom. Through the front door you are welcomed into an open space with dining on the right and views on the left! turn right and you find a passthrough with desk and into the game room where there is a couch to enjoy our many games and TV . 2 Bedrooms past the living area - One Bedroom with 2 queen beds and One bedroom with one Queen bed with its own bathroom. Bathroom in the hallway for the 2nd bedroom. Enjoy our lush tropical gardens! We have multiple fruit trees including avocados, bananas and mangoes! when they are all in bloom the smell can be strong but then the northside breeze takes it all away! This vacation rental home is designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing vacation experience for up to eight guests. The house is situated on a hilltop near Mountaintop on St. Thomas, with stunning views of Megans Bay and the surrounding hillsides. The house features an open floor plan with a spacious living room & dining area with incredible views. It has a fully equipped kitchen and easy access to the covered outdoor area where you can dine and relax. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sectional sofa and chairs, a flat-screen TV with streaming capability as well as a selection of books. The dining area has a large wooden table that seats eight, and the kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and cookware needed to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals, including a gas stove, a microwave, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, and the all important blender. The house has three bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, 1 double queen bedroom with a bathroom in the hallway and then outside and downstairs, a King bedroom with an ensuite small bathroom. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, television and air-conditioninng. All the bathrooms are clean, with fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer provided for your convenience. The Living room does not have AC but the tradewinds and the ceiling fans keep it cool year round! The outdoor areas of the house are designed to take advantage of the stunning views and the warm tropical climate. The house has a large covered terrace with a dining table that seats eight. The terrace overlooks the private pool, which is surrounded by a spacious sun deck with lounge chairs. Other amenities of the house include free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, beach chairs and towels, and a private parking area. The house is located just a short drive from some of the best beaches on St. Thomas, as well as restaurants, bars, and shops. It's a perfect vacation rental home for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable vacation in a stunning setting. TRIP/TRAVEL INSURANCE As private Hosts, we offer unique dates in our property and highly recommend purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance which may cover many risks including airline cancellations and health emergencies at a minimal cost. We do not provide refunds due to airline cancellations, health emergencies, power or wifi outages that are beyond our control. HEADS UP for Your Island Getaway for the months of AUGUST TO NOVEMBER! 🌴 As you’re dreaming of sipping piña coladas and soaking up the sun here in the US Virgin Islands, we wanted to give you a little heads-up. While the months of August, September and October often bring us beautiful blue skies and warm breezes, it’s also the time when Mother Nature can be a bit unpredictable. 🌦️ You might experience days filled with sunshine or get treated to some scattered rain showers (perfect for a cozy afternoon in your suite). There’s also the possibility of a tropical wave or, on rare occasions, even a hurricane trying to crash the party. 🌪️ While we always hope for the best, we like to be prepared for anything. That's why we strongly recommend getting travel insurance for your trip. With travel insurance, you can enjoy your vacation with peace of mind, knowing you’re covered no matter what the weather decides to do. Because let’s face it, the only surprises you want on your vacation are the good kind—like a sea turtle swimming by during your snorkel! 🐢 Now, just in case Mother Nature gets really dramatic and a storm in the Virgin Islands causes the airport on St. Thomas to close, preventing you from flying in, we’ve got you covered with a full refund. However, if a storm somewhere else impacts your travel, we won’t be able to provide a refund—so if you’re flying from or through areas that might be hit by snowstorms, windstorms, or any other weather adventures, trip insurance is definitely the way to go. If you’re already on-island and a named storm decides to drop by, please note that our villa is not a suitable storm shelter. For your safety, you’ll need to check out, and we’ll gladly refund you for the unused portion of your stay. There are designated storm shelters and hotels/resorts that are better equipped for serious weather, and once again, trip insurance can help cover the unexpected.
