The space The villa is located in the center of a plot of about 1200 square meters, part of the perimeter houses the garden with an English lawn shaded by centuries-old trees while the remainder consists of a stamped floor that allows you to park up to 5 cars inside the property. The villa on the ground floor consists of a double living room overlooking the garden with a large panoramic window, a kitchen equipped with all appliances, a double bedroom, a second bedroom and two bathrooms both with shower. Upstairs, accessed by an internal staircase, there is a large bedroom and a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, independent heating and TV. Guest access Guests have the entire accommodation and exclusive use of the pool and parking space throughout their stay. All rooms on the ground floor have access to the garden, the bedrooms on the pool side while the living room and kitchen on the garden side. Other things to note The pool and garden need routine maintenance that will be scheduled with the guest, with a previous deal between the parties.
