The space Rooms are spacious, peaceful and comfortable with plenty of space in the house to spread out, read a book or get some work done. Lots of outdoor spots to enjoy. Classic surf vibe in an open-concept home with a great sunset view and fireplace. Guest access You will have access to the whole home and full privacy in the front and back yard. Enjoy! Feel free to park in the driveway on on the street. It is a private, dead end street with the best neighbors ever! Other things to note Just note that this is a family neighborhood, so no late-night loud music, etc. Also, there are gradual stairs going up to the front door, so be prepared to carry your things up and down (part of your exercise regime!)
