Kick back and relax in this peaceful retreat in a country setting on 2 acres of land. Well appointed for all your needs and close to shopping, restaurants and I-75. You may see deer, rabbits and a turtle on our property as well as an occasional outdoor insect making an inside appearance. If that makes you squeamish then this booking is not for you! Henry County, GA ordinance sec. 3.3.205 requires us to get your name, address, phone # and vehicle license # of adult guests staying at the rental. The space We think you'll enjoy the peaceful surroundings, comfort and coziness of our space for your get-away or traveling work needs. Relish life in a country setting where horses are on the adjacent property and a fully fenced back yard, outdoor deck with a charcoal grill (accessible through the back door by laundry area), and front porch sitting area (accessible by going around to the front of house) are yours to enjoy. Both bedrooms have Roku tvs, radio alarm clocks, extra blankets and a luggage rack. Guest access You are welcome to use all inside spaces except the owners private locked storage and supply room inside the house (2 locked doors) and the office closet. If you want to enjoy the fresh air and park like views of nature outdoors there is a back deck (accessible through the laundry area) with a patio table, umbrella and 4 chairs...great for sighting the occasional deer! The front entry porch, although not accessible from the inside, can be accessed by going around to the front of the house. The front porch is a lovely space to have quiet time and coffee/tea while you listen to the wind chimes or bird songs. FYI...birds love it here so watch out for their nests and droppings! Want to grill or cook out? Feel free to use the charcoal grill out back. You may need to supply your own charcoal if there is none available in the pantry. Other things to note We clean our home thoroughly after each guest and have contracted pest control services on a monthly basis. We do supply additional cleaning and pest control supplies should guests need them during their stay. Also feel free to use the 2 citronella candles in the kitchen cabinet should you want protection against mosquitoes if you plan to sit outside during the warmer months.
