Its location is perfect, whether for rest, work or appointments with doctors, as it is in the center of PF, about 200 meters from Hospital de Clínicas and a few minutes' walk from markets, pharmacies, restaurants, squares and shopping. It has a balcony with a barbecue area overlooking the 10th floor. The space Spacious, bright, safe apartment with excellent sun exposure. The kitchen is complete, containing a countertop stove, electric oven, and microwave. It also has a coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, pots and other cooking items. The laundry is separate, with a washing machine, sink, ironing board and iron. Large and comfortable TV room, containing an extendable sofa, TV with streaming apps and a dining table. The bedroom contains a double bed, air-conditioning and space for a home office with excellent natural lighting. The suite features air-conditioning (heating and cooling) and a comfortable queen-size bed, with plenty of space in the wardrobe. Gas-heated showers provide a delightful bath. The balcony has a barbecue and also contains a table for breakfast in the light of the rising sun or a chimarrão in the late afternoon. Other things to note Important: - Check-in and check-out outside the stipulated time require advance confirmation; - Smoking is not allowed in the apartment premises, including the balcony; - Small pets may be accepted by prior arrangement; - Guests invited by the guests will not be accepted without prior agreement and authorization.
