Other things to note -Almost all beds and mattresses have been updated and refreshed! -Extra guests that are NOT on the reservation are charged $50/night EACH. -The vacation residence is solely for the use of the approved guest(s) as a personal vacation home. -Approved guests refer to individuals who will occupy the vacation residence. -Approved guests are responsible for any lost or damaged items, damages of any type, as well as any injuries that may occur to themselves, members of their party, or any other individual on the premises with their knowledge and consent. -The guest who made the reservation is responsible for any visitors who use the vacation residence during their stay. -No illegal activity or behavior that constitutes a nuisance is allowed on the property. -All guests must be aware of and agree to these rules. Hosts may request a list of guest types for accompanying guests. -Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the property at any time. If the vacation residence is used by more guests than permitted, it will be considered a significant breach of the agreement, which may result in the immediate removal of the guest(s) and any other individuals from the premises. The guests forfeit any funds paid toward the stay, including the security deposit. -Cleaning guidelines include not leaving any food outside that may attract pests, throwing away all trash, using recycling bins for recyclable materials, crushing cardboard boxes, washing all dishes and starting the dishwasher, and paying an additional cleaning/replacement fee for heavily soiled linens. -Noise must be minimized or eliminated after hours. The host will be notified by a dB meter in the home if the sound pressure level is too high during quiet hours. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. -No parties or excessively loud gatherings are permitted on the property. All activities must be contained within the home or backyard, not on the front or exterior of the property, to be respectful of the neighbors. -Indoors, guests must turn off all lights when leaving, not move furniture, and not smoke or vape. -In the bedroom, no food or drinks are allowed. -In the bathroom, guests should not use excessive toilet paper, flush baby wipes or feminine products. -Outdoors, guests should use the jacuzzi safely and at their own risk. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult when using the hot tub. Guests must accept full liability and responsibility for any injuries that may occur when using the hot tub. Diving is not allowed, and hot tub use is prohibited between 9 pm and 9 am. -Security cameras are located in the driveway, backyard, and front door of the property. -Driveway parking is available for two vehicles, and street parking is allowed as long as neighboring driveways are not blocked. -If you bring a pet, there is an additional fee of $299 per pet for a more thorough cleaning.
