Private bedroom in our 2-bed Georgian flat in Edinburgh City Centre - Edinburgh New Town, 7 mins from Waverley station and 5 mins from St. James Quarter. The location is perfect to visit all the sightseeing within walking distant but it’s still very residential. The bed is a king size bed with high quality Hypnos mattress and 1000tc beddings making it super comfortable. The room has a large chest of drawers, a wooden clothing rack and an Edinburgh press for additional storage. Your private bathroom is located in the front of the flat (a couple of steps from the room), fully equipped with cleaning products, shower gel, shampoo. You will have access to our kitchen for tea/ coffee throughout the day. Other things to note Our flat is on the top floor without a lift, so not suitable for heavy luggages
