This spacious yet cozy home has everything you need to make a whole family happy! The living room with open kitchen is very cozy and warmly decorated. The French doors to the garden and fireplace give the space an extra homey touch. On the first floor, there is a bedroom, a guest/office and a baby/toddler room. In the attic, you will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower. The space This spacious single-family home has sleeping places for 5 people (plus a baby/toddler). The living room has a nice three-seater sofa with TV, a piano, fireplace and a nice table to sit at together. The open kitchen has a bar. Through the French doors, you enter the garden where you can sit in the sun in summer. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small "annex" where the washing machine and dryer are located. In the hallway under the stairs, you will find the toilet. On the second floor, you will find the baby/toddler room, a study with a guest bed (easy to convert into a double bed) and a spacious room with another single floor bed. Due to the many closets, there is plenty of storage space. In the attic, you will find the spacious master bedroom with double bed and a nice bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
