Virginia's House

Located at the entrance of the Perche Regional Natural Park, less than 2 hours from Paris, this pretty 18th century Percheron farmhouse has been recently restored with noble materials such as wood and stone to make it a friendly and warm place to live. The house is located in the countryside, quiet, in a hamlet of 5 houses. The space On the ground floor: The space includes a large living room and open and equipped kitchen. 2 fireplaces allow you to warm up by the fire. Bathroom with toilet. On the 1st floor: The staircase leads to a landing with office/teleworking space/sofa bed, as well as 2 bedrooms. A large bedroom of more than 30 m2 with exposed beams and its open bathroom and another cozy bedroom of about 10 m2. The bedding is of very good quality. The garden of more than 1,000 m2 is enclosed and wooded. I provide a Weber barbecue, deckchairs, outdoor table and chairs, as well as board games and wood for the fireplace. WiFi is available in the accommodation (4G box) and powerful enough to easily receive emails, surf the internet, share photos etc. (average speed of 15/20 mbs). 2 parking spaces are available. Guest access All areas except the garage which is currently used for storage. If the house isn't rented after you, I'll give you access until 5 p.m. on the day you check out. Other things to note The hamlet is peaceful, please respect the tranquility of the neighbors
