Charming and warm home with incredible garden, pond and decks for lounging and outdoor living on a flat sunny lot. Inviting and comfortable living space - we welcome you to enjoy our space. Deer Park Villa and Mount Tamalpais are just outside your door, and only a 10 minute walk to downtown Fairfax. Mountain biking and hiking trails are just 2 minutes away. Fairfax is the perfect gateway to San Francisco, Mt. Tam, Pt. Reyes National Seashore, Marin beaches, and the Sonoma and Napa wineries. The space Our favorite spot is lounging on the deck by the pond. We think you'll love it. We also enjoy grilling on the gas barbecue, or just sitting and staring out the many large windows at the lovely garden. Our property has an unfenced pond, so no toddlers please. Guest access Entire house Other things to note Our short hair dog lives in our home so anyone who is highly sensitive to allergens should be aware. The house is always cleaned before our guests arrive, and we have guest linens which never come in contact with our dog.
