A secluded desert cabin surrounded by red rock, pinion, and juniper. Quiet, private, and set on acreage with hiking right outside the door and open views of Boulder Mountain. The property borders BLM land for endless exploring. Inside you have a primary suite, two additional bedrooms, and an open kitchen and living area. At night, enjoy incredible stargazing with zero light pollution along scenic Highway 12. The space The space is clean and simple. There are officially two bedrooms and one bonus room that you walk through to get to the Primary Bedroom with bed and closet. The Primary bedroom has a nice walk-in closet, a large bathroom and nice privacy. The floors are concrete and the main family room is cozy and nice to enjoy the views and evening dark skies. Guest access The entire house is yours to access except for the Storage Room off front door. There is also a garage that is not accessible to guests and a small art or tv studio with porch that you have access to. You will not be sharing any of the property with anyone else while staying there (Other than maybe some friendly wildlife of course). We love this cabin for the amazing privacy and seclusion. We hope you will love it too. Other things to note The home is a desert home. It is connected to the power grid and has good internet for the remote location. The main Water source is collected from rainfall and stored under ground. It works great for showers and washing hands. We have added a full house filtration system in addition to the reverse osmosis filters at each sink and a drinking water dispenser in the kitchen. We recommend you do not drink the water from the sinks but it is very much safe to use and bath in. We do provide filtered drinking water in the kitchen.
