La Selva Beach Guest Suite, pet friendly

Sunny, airy, private and pet-friendly La Selva Beach guest suite under a mile to the beach. (Santa Cruz County Hosted Rental Permit 231263) The space Private, pet friendly 350 sf guest suite with bathroom about a mile from Manresa State Beach surf. A redwood tree shades the adjacent enclosed, private garden patio where you and your family can lounge. The living area includes a queen bed under a skylight, dining table with seating for 4, and a comfortable chair with a reading lamp. Free Wifi. A 43-in 4k UHD Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, Paramount Plus, Max, and Amazon Prime is provided. A small food prep area is well equipped with sink, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee making equipment and sufficient tools, dinnerware and cutlery to serve simple purchased or delivered meals. Coffee, Teas, sugar, and half and half are complimentary. The updated bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and window. Towels and beach towels are provided. From the guest suite you’ll have direct access to the shared laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer. The guest suite shares three walls with our family home. The suite comes equipped with two folding beach chairs, beach towels and a small ice chest in case you want to head down to the beach or out for a picnic. There is plenty of space to store your surfboards, bicycles, and or kayaks in the laundry area. Spring often sees some of the best beach weather! Owing to our proximity to the ocean, temperatures in La Selva Beach are temperate and range from a low of 49 to a high of 74 degrees. There is a heater in the suite along with extra blankets and comforters. On the extremely rare occasions where temperatures rise above 74 degrees we provide a fan for the suite. Parking is in the driveway or on our quiet residential street. LGBTQIA+ always welcome in our neighborhood and our home :) Guest access You will have one dedicated parking space in the driveway. Entry is down the left (east) side of the home and through the front door of the suite. You’ll have your own keys. Other things to note The guest suite accommodates two adults comfortably. By arrangement made prior to booking, we can occasionally accommodate more guests. A charge of $50 per night, per guest, will be assessed for overnight guests in excess of two for whom no prior arrangements have been made. If you would like to bring more than two pets please inquire about permission prior to booking. A charge of $25 per night, per pet will be assessed for each pet in excess of two if no previous approval for extra pets has been obtained.
