The Garden Room - A cosy country stay in Cornwall

We are situated in a quiet village within the Tamar Valley AONB. Close to the coast & moors, Dartmoor National Park is approx 20 min drive. Our garden room is perfect for couples or anyone wishing to travel by themselves. It sits at the top of the garden with its own entrance & decking area. It is room only & is a cosy, self contained space with lots of amenities for a comfortable & relaxed stay. Our local pub is a couple of minutes walk away, serving food using locally sourced ingredients. The space Your private accommodation contains an area with a sofa & cushions, small coffee table, TV, dining furniture, fridge, combination microwave/oven, twin drawer air fryer, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, & other utensils for your use, double bed, bedside table & lamp, wardrobe , hangers, chest of drawers, iron & ironing board, hair drier. All bedding, towels, hand wash, washing up liquid, toilet paper, shampoo/body wash & conditioner are provided. We also have fibre optic broadband. There will be milk in the fridge for your arrival, plus tea & coffee. The shower room has a good sized shower, hand basin & toilet. Outside offers a decking area with outdoor furniture, solely for your use where you can enjoy a glass of bubbly & watch the sunset. In the event that we are unable to greet you when you arrive, there is a key safe available. Guest access The Garden room has it’s own entrance, it is solely for your use & also the decking area. You are welcome to access our garden, there will be times when we will be in the garden also but there are some fence panels along the decking for your privacy. Other things to note We have some narrow lanes so please take extra care as you may meet a tractor or two or some horses & our neighbours who maybe walking their dogs or out on a walk with their families.
