Relax with your family in this quiet accommodation. FLAT 3 is in the Mata Atlântica condominium, a gated condominium with 24-hour concierge. Upstairs there is a suite and on the ground floor a living room, a bathroom and an American-style kitchen. We have a parking space in front of FLAT 3. The space Our flat has on the upper floor: a suite (bedroom with bathroom) with a queen size bed and a single bed, television and air conditioning. Bed and bath linens are included in the stay. On the ground floor we have a full bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and television, an American-style kitchen, equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and basic utensils (dishes and pots) The swimming pool and barbecue are for the common use of the condominium. Guest access The condominium has a barbecue area and swimming pool. Swimming pool: pre-defined hours of use at the entrance. Glass and any kind of food are prohibited in the pool area.
